Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating regularly with teachers and parents.
• Support students’ social and emotional development through nurturing interactions.
