Role Overview:

In this role, you will provide vital support to students with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
• Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Monitor and record progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
