Role Overview:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to ensure that students with SEND are engaged, supported, and included in all aspects of school life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support for students with SEND.
• Assist in planning and delivering differentiated activities that meet students’ needs.
• Support students with physical, emotional, and social challenges.
• Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, sharing updates with teachers and families.
• Collaborate with staff and external professionals to develop effective strategies.
