Role Overview:
As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to lead interventions, adapt lessons, and ensure students with SEN are fully supported in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Assist in planning and preparing differentiated lessons.
• Monitor student progress and report back to the teaching team.
• Provide in-class support and manage small group activities.
• Act as a mentor to students, fostering positive relationships and resilience.
