About the Role:

As a KS4 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to students with SEND, preparing them for exams and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. You will be instrumental in ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of KS4 students with SEND.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and encourage independent learning.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure students receive the necessary interventions.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes self-confidence.
