Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SENCO to oversee the provision for students with SEN across the school.
- Assess students’ needs and develop tailored interventions to help them overcome barriers to learning.
- Support teachers in implementing effective strategies to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Lead targeted interventions, including small group and one-to-one sessions, focusing on both academic and personal development.
- Contribute to the development and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring they are effective and up-to-date.
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and school staff to provide holistic support for students.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of SEN students, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
