Role Overview:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with various learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum.

- Monitor student progress and report back to teachers and parents.
- Work alongside the SENCO and other professionals to implement and track EHCP goals.
